Maybe I should have googled him without it before voting "yes".

Now I'm not sure anymore. I recognize some of his features but I'm not sure if I only do because I know it's him.

I showed my husband a picture of Hitler without the mustache and he didn't recognize him.

yeah, when you know it's him you see the resemblance. But when I would see that picture with no background information Adolf Hitler wouldn't be the first thing I would think of. I think...

I live in Germany and we get pumped with information about that time, to prevent anything from happening again and to remind us of the history of the country. Including lots of parodies and pictures of Hitler.

I think it would be hard for people without the background of gettin tutored to be against antisemitism that way though.

His haircut helps and he does have a somewhat distinctive facial structure...but still, I think his moustache is so iconic that without it, it is quite difficult to tell it's him.
