I think they're all bad (some less than others; art thieving is the worst), but I think the second worst is tracing stuff and claiming it's yours, especially when you change barely anything. I don't trace much, but when I do, I say where I found what I traced, and I always change something. I usually trace because I can't draw a certain posture or hairstyle or whatever.
