I have had a couple times getting pulled over when having a really bad day/very stressed out. The cop generally got disgusted/felt bad for my crying like a baby (not planned...just upset) and let me go.

Only once and I am pretty sure it was a once in a life time thing. It was a few weeks after I had first gotten my liscens and I was running late for school. The cop pulled me over because I was going ten over the speed limit, I was so terrified that I burst out into tears lucky for me the officer was young and less experienced because otherwise I don't think he would have let me off, he even offered me his handkerchief. Now that think about it I probably scared him more than he scared me.

This sounds like complete bull crap, but it really did happen. On my way home from...oh hell, I don't remember. Anyway, a cop pulled me over and asked to see my license and I waved my hand out and said:

"You don't need to see my identification. These aren't the droids you are looking for."

He smirked and just said: "These aren't the droids I am looking for." Then he left! Just like that! Must have been a Star Wars geek too!
