I like the taste of cough syrup (Vicks is gooood), but seeing as how almost all kinds of cough syrup contain pseudoephedrine (sudafed)... I can't take them. I suppose you could say I'm allergic to pseudoephedrine. That stuff gives me heart palpitations, shaking hands, and vivid hallucinations. I do not like the hallucinations thing.

If you've never hallucinated something, consider yourself lucky. That shit is scary.

I can't take cough syrup. If I'm lucky I can hold it down long enough to guzzle a bunch of water to rinse out the taste but if not, ick!

I don't like all of them but there are some that as a kid already I tried to get as often as I could. XD My Mum eventually stopped giving me any because I was eating it like sweets XD
