I find it really interesting, that you draw him, looking from right to left, what means, that he is looking back. Also I think, it fits him really good.
The only thing, that irritates me a bit, is his clothing. The white of his collar seems … don't know, how I should describe it … somehow to white and new. o.o
Nevertheless a really a great portrait, with beautiful shading and details, that make him come to life.
